Refund policy

Any bike or trike that has been fully assembled and ridden is not returnable. Carbon fiber trikes and bikes are not returnable.

• All returns as outlined below are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Opened UNASSEMBLED returned items (bikes, trikes, etc.) needs to be packaged the exact same way in the original box it was received. Please email us at sales@newagebikeworks.com to discuss the return. At this time you will receive a return number and address to ship to.
• Assembled and ridden bikes and trikes are NOT returnable. No exceptions.
• It is the customers responsibility to arrange shipping and pay shipping costs.
• After receiving the returned product it will be inspected for wear, damage, missing parts etc.
• A re-stocking charge of 20% applies to all bike and trike returns, damage costs, and cost of missing parts will be subtracted from the amount refunded.
• If the box has not been opened, returning it is only a 5% re-stock cost.
