Shipping policy

Currently MOST orders other than options indicated as US stock and MetaBikes are shipping directly from Taiwan.
All custom orders that ship from Taiwan will ship approximately 3-4 weeks from order. You will receive tracking info once your order ships.
Shipping on orders of complete bikes (EXCEPT the carbon fiber tandem, carbon trike, and carbon recumbent) is a flat $275. This is a significant discount off of our ACTUAL shipping cost which is now $650 per bike/trike. The carbon fiber models, e-assist trikes and tandems require additional shipping/packing charges.
Pricing on smaller orders varies by order amount and is automatically added at checkout.
